Title: New Flight Spawning for Offmiss. editor

Create a new flight of planes, select the airfield(s) or CV(s) of choice to takeoff and land, select T.O. Heading(CV's launch from the deck), create waypoints for destined flight path, select ord., skins, and onboard number that goes onto the plane(i.e. P-38 #33177, or B-17 #75562, etc.), score as one choice or other(Fighter, Bomber, Attack,)
