Title: Editing Film In Film Viewer
Post by: Mongoose on January 26, 2015, 10:08:51 PM
In a different thread:

Cut the film down to size in film viewer (I'm assuming you know how),

I don't know how.  How do I cut a film down to size in the film viewer?

In the top right corner there are two boxes used for entering data, in its case being the part of the video you want to work with. Enter the part of the video you want to cut in MM:SS format in each box and click "copy select" and the film viewer will copy that part of the film and ask you to rename it as a separate file.

Thanks. I never took the time to figure that out.  Now I have a few films to edit.

There was a post a while back containing a link to a video showing cool film editing tips. . All I ever see in my films are either cockpit view or external. Does anyone know if this film still exists?. The original link went to a page that doesnt exist anymore.
