Okay movie makers, I need two or three great YouTubes showing AH in action. I am going to post this with our JROTC unit to get warm bodies in the training seats. Ideally, some professionally done ones with music, such as Dolbies productions. And then a couple that come across as debriefing movies. It would be great to get some YouTubes that shows a scenario fight, such as Battle Over Germany, Battle of Britain, or one of the other epics scenarios. Showing the cadets and parents a 100+ aircraft in one fight is what we need.
The cadets are all in. We have to convince the parents there is leadership and teamwork value in this simulator, which there clearly is.
Thanks in advance!
boo
PS It has to be YouTube. Our parents are not likely to figure out any wave files.

I've got tons of good footagd, sadly my machine isn't up to the task of video editing

There are some wonderful ones out there...these always get my blood pumping. They are available on the AH Home page also.
"Fly To Live" by NirosAH2 (http://youtu.be/Oh9FOD463cg)
"In Sight" by NirosAH2 (http://youtu.be/rLvWpIEOXFM)
"Hunt or Prey" by Lepape2 (http://youtu.be/x3HPaXGUDrM)
VuduVince and Latrobe (ChainGun) also have some gameplay footage videos out there - just search on "Aces High 2"
in YouTube.
Good luck, hope it goes well!

I think the thing about the whole "teamwork" thing is that you find a group for them to roll with that uses it. Most would say bishops, but they only seem to use it in a limited area, the few times I've been on bish there was also a lot of negativity towards country mates which is something to consider.
The knits... teamwork... LOL! :rofl
I would say that rooks would be the best place to find cooperation, but that would be at it's highest when ET37 is on.

Fly to live
In sight
Hunt or prey
Hunt or prey is my favorite.

Bish are a lemming train grouping together to go auger into a FH.
Nits don't know what teamwork is or that there's a war on (or they just don't care :) )
Rooks are too busy arguing with one another.
;)
I think we should get 2 sides to get together once one night during prime time and meet somewhere to do a massive furball for video footage. Be even better if the third side had a nearby base to participate as well. Nothing will look quite as epic as seeing 200 fighters in 1 airspace at once! :aok

Found a couple featuring cohesion.

If you're looking for more 1v1 action, I found this video by Lepape that slipped under the radar.

I wonder if you could get hold of some film made by a bomb group during the scenario. Squad radio chatter during a scenario bombing mission would probably show leadership and teamwork in a stressful environment...

If you got guys that like P38s, here is a video of my old squad, the 82nd FG "Adorimini" back in '09.

I have a handful of films on youtube. You are welcome to use if you think they are any good However, Niro's and Dolby's take some beating.

If you haven't read it yet. Read what Rapier's wife wrote for the Muskies 20th year anniversary and consider printing it out for the parents.
