Getting miffed with chungo on Bish bailing from perfectly good bombers at anything from 3-5.5k, I'm sure he isn't the only one. Rather than play it out and see what happens he hits the silk everytime. Whether it is just me he reserves this behaviour for or not I don't know :noid. When I'm in a bomber i'll make every effort to defend myself and I salute others that do the same.
So I suggest increasing proxy range to visual ID 6k, it will increase the amount of :headscratch: but hopefully reduce the amount of bombers doing it. Off hours seeing a dar, spending 5-10 mins tracking said dar then have them jump is just  :bhead.

Long line ahead of you.

bruv then they will start bailing out at 7k. also if it were to increase to 6k there will be a lot of proxies when you fly over places like the 135 spawn as m3's up and release supplies then end game.

Then they better end it on concrete

I don't get it either. I slow down for fighters when in bombers. That's the fun part.

But yet when a fighter runs from a bomber they are just "flying smart".....

Me too, but we are clearly not "gamers"....
Gamers will always game, that will never change.

Completely ridiculous. Are you saying bailing from a bomber before he can be engaged by my fighter is flying smart?

If they know it's you, then absolutely Mr 15,937 to one K/D! :D
On the flip side, if bombers bail before they get to target, even if I don't get the kill is a win in my book. Especially if they are strat running, and are at high alt. In that case, they spent a whole lot more time to get there to do nothing than I did.
The funny thing is, if it's their score they are trying to save, they are too stupid to realize bailing effects their score as if it was a death (damage per death), so all they are doing is keeping someone else from getting a kill. I guess that's a thrill for some, but they are likely at an age where hair hasn't begun to grow under their arms.
I agree it would be nice to get that credit, but it's no perks, so what's it worth?

Is it a bit annoying? Yes
Does that mean it requires a rules change? Nah.
:salute

I thought proxies did not score... So why does it matter? :bhead

time, effort and combat?? :O
Being denied some kills/action from a weak bomber bailer isn't cool. :aok
wish wasn't about anything but reducing the chances of them doing it. Only other thought was a big flashing neon sign on their screen when they hit ALT+E x3, are you sure you want to bail from an un-damaged plane? please go through the check list on your man card.

Oh but it does, if you watch the on line box, you will see that if you bail when some one close to you, it shows up as so-so shot you down and then go to your sorce on the map clip borad and it will show up who got the proxie kill on you.

Sounds like a good idea to me :aok

I think healthy bombers left after a bail should fly on for 5 minutes as per a disconnect.
End flight status after a bail from such bombers would only be available after the 5 minutes are up.
