Asked this on Facebook as well.
Where is this taken from? I notice the crenelations, almost castle like, but to my knowledge we don't have any castles in game. Not enough buildings around the base for it to be the HQ, so where is it? I am just curious if this could be a new object.
By the way, if we get castles can we get a perked Trebuchet? And will it take out a KT?

I've grown accustomed to the current flak towers aka HQ. The way they rise high above the surrounding landscape providing an easy target for both ground and air attacks.
I am very open to the idea of a new HQ. IMO one of the very few things the game lacks is a side story while driving 150 miles to an HQ. The bridge that connects a non-strategic town to the rest of the world on an island in a large river or a winding road in the mountains that seems to go on forever.
Wishful thinking here. Nice to see more pictures of building X.

From what I've seen recently they tend to post on facebook first and then a few days later it appears on the homepage. However there have been a few Facebook Exclusive items posted. I can't remember which ones off the top of my head but I do remember waiting ages for it to appear on the homepage and it never did.
I would like to see it the other way round personally, but I think they are looking at where they can contact the most people. That would be facebook.

Facebook likely is showing to old/current customers, while the website would be the first place new people would see it. Both ends would probably be the most effective. :cheers:

Twitter and Facebook are both quick easy posts, not like updating a Web page. Only those with access to the server can do the Web page were anyone can post to FB and twitter. Also by posting to those they are hoping to generate some interest through social media and maybe bring in more players. Tho I think they need to post more often than once every few days to get anything rolling.
