Scca brought this to my attention.
I wish the last tour's low play hour players would get a bonus perk package at the beginning of the next tour. Maybe enough to get one 262, B29 or one tiger or what ever else they choose.
Maybe set the perk bonus package level as some percent of total hours from the last tour.
They are paying more per hour than most so they should get a bonus for supporting AH game play.
