In ww2 germans were know for stealing american downed aircraft and also very known for using shermans esp in battle of the bolge p51s with german markings happpend alot and often were shot down by our 51s and other aircraft

Panzer Brigade 150 only had 2 Sherman tanks, both of them in such terrible condition that one had to be cannibalized for parts to get the other one working, so only one was used in Operation Greif. It never saw any action, breaking down at the start of the German offensive. Panzer Brigade 150 had to rely on German tanks (like panther tanks painted and modified to look like M-10 TDs) and armored vehicles painted like Allied vehicles.
