Title: Autocad

I've been working on some projects for friends and family and struggling through figuring this program out.  Online tutorials are written in Martian and I'm ready to put my head through a wall.  Anybody here good with this program that could walk me through some stuff that should be simple but isn't?

I'm constantly surprised by what you can find in there.
