From what I understood, it needs to be updated before the skin will come out properly.  Similar to why no one ever skinned the M-3 and M-8 prior to their update if I recall correctly.  And no Ranger, your bad arse M-8 skin you made prior to update doesn't count. :)

Doesn't mean you can't do it again.  I mean it was a bad arse skin after all. :D

Wouldn't it be easier for you now that it has been updated?
