Title: Capturable CV

Is it even possible to capture a cv without the need to capture the port that it spawns from? Is sounds like a hassle, but possible. Has anyone in AH tried this attempt?

It is not possible. The game mechanic is that the CV is tied to the port. You must capture the port first, and then sink the CV. When the CV respawns, you then "capture" the CV.

I tried taking a pt boat out to an enemy cv in hopes of attaching a rope & towing it back ti friendly waters.  It did not work.

My eyepatch and cutlass always seem to get in the way when I try and take one over   :furious

My parrot ended up flying to the CV for the better food. I'm heart broken. That's the last time I'll try that.

It was before I got married, now it's just a pen knife  :D
