The Banff Strike Wing was based in Eastern Scotland and from mid 1943 struck at enemy convoys and ports across the North Sea as far as Norway. Their Beaufighters and Mosquitoes often attacked in groups of 40 or more with cannons, rockets and torpedoes while the Wing's Mustangs provided fighter cover. This Banff Mosquito was part of 248 Squadron and was flown by Flt. Lt. S. G. Nunn and Flg. Off. J. M. Carlin on operations on June 10th 1944.

Greebo its gorgeous. I really admire your scratches, chips and shading.
Very purposeful looking aircraft also. That would be one swarm of 40 Mosquitos that would have this ex-Minnesotan running for cover.

Now that is a nice looking mosquito!

We ever get the Tse Tse, I finally found a description of the reticle specifically modified for shooting that gun.

We getting this skin next month?
I usually wait a few days after posting here before I submit a skin in case anyone here spots a problem it. However as Skuzzy's looking at skins tomorrow I decided to submit this one tonight. So if it is accepted we could see it next tour.
