would it be hard to have any new "accepted" skins to be posted in the BBS someplace? i like to d/l new skins but who can tell what the new P-51 skin is, when we have 300 of them... or 190 or la bla bla... who hoo new SDK :) :banana:

no its not, the problem is not the auto download, the problems is ("new P51D skin-31 has arrived") dosent tell me its the new 357fg skin from bob, and now i look thru all the skins and try to determen what one is the new one.

Ditto. I was thinking about this last night as new skins rolled in.

... Except the new la7 skin I noticed because there are only a few for the 7, nice job Greebo!

maybe someone could post the complete list around the same time the downloads come in?

A doozy, this one. One the one side, having skins appear in the order they were added would be nice. However, it would make it look sloppy/disorganized as everything would but out of alphabetical/numerical order.
What if there was an option to choose which way the skin list is displayed? :headscratch:

While skins are still downloading, they often appear in red in the drop down list. The red means they can't be used but the system has recognized there should/is to be a skin there. You can use this to get an idea of which skins are new.
I rebuilt the HTC website out of boredom, I was messing around with how the skins page should look and I came up with this:

Now that it's been brought up, having a section at the top for "newly released skins" would be a benefit. Of course I can't make HTC adopt this system, but since it's my project I can mess around with it to see what people like and don't like.
My last of my classes are this week, someone send me a PM on Friday as a reminder and I'll see what I can come up with. I would also like to add some skins from other skinners so it doesn't look like I'm showboating...
