You do not want to schedule anything, requiring any type of driving, for February for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. That is the month we get our last ice/snow falls. You never know what days it will be, but it will happen.
-
I plan on stopping by on friday.

Woah back, woah back......it snows in Dallas?

Umm, I grew up in Fritch (35 miles from Amarillo)
May 5th
FREE DAY to sightsee Amarillo
6pm (ish) – Group Dinner at the famous “THE BIG TEXAN” steakhouse
Dude, make sure to hit the Helium and Quarter Horse Museums - after that, I am at a loss on what to "Sightsee" in Amarillo. Maybe Westgate mall, or the, well, can't think of anything else. Maybe Panchos all you can eat is still there . . . (not that I recommend it . . . ) Actually, the Oil and Gas museum in Canyon (near what was West Texas State University, I understand it is an A&M branch now) is pretty cool.
Seriously, I hope y'all have a great time - wish I had the expendable income to obtain (and have rebuilt) a 1967 Firebird. Had to settle for a 68 Mustang back in my HS days.
