how do I insert an ah film into a post?

Upload the film to youtube, copy the link (either the full URL or the shortened URL under the "share" button).

Press this button:

Paste the URL in between the brackets.

In the "Attachments and other options" part of making a post. You can only upload on certain sections of the forums though. I think the Bugs and Film section of the forum allow it and maybe Help section.

Look in the "Attachments" clicky below the text box for your post. If it's not there you can't post a film for some reason.
