Title: Last night’s auction find. More propellers!

At an estate auction last night I purchased two more airplane propellers for my garage.   They are Koppers  Aeromatics.  Oddly they are both in pusher configuration.  I wonder if they were on something interesting, or if the previous owner spun the blades around because he liked the way that looked.

They will get  light cleaning, and then hung somewhere in the garage…  The wife was less than impressed.  But she’s used to me bringing stuff like this home.

There were some other bidders, and I ended up paying $400.  That is the biggest reason the wife was unimpressed.
