- Enemy collisions ON
- Kill shooter OFF

Not that I'm aware of.

One. It was many years ago. All players spawned to the runway as expected, and immediately died, not as expected :bhead
After considering the time involved spawning each player to the runway to launch one at a time, it quickly became clear that it would never be used again ;)

Can it be turned on mid flight?
Weve done it in AvA but there was also a volunteer for ATC.

and YES friendly collisions can be turned on or turned off at any time, they do it in KOTH all the time........
