Title: New HTC homepage vs iPad
Post by: RSLQK186 on June 05, 2015, 08:42:14 AM
Running version 8.3. The home page menu buttons do not work. I was not offered a mobile or standard option so I do not know which it took me to.
Or am I what's broken?

Same problem with ipad. None of the menu item work. I am using my sim pc for this post but I never use it for forum or other access. Need to fix for the ipad or put it back the way it was.

The "Downloads" button works, for some reason.  At least it does on the one iPad I have access to.  Not sure why any of the others would be different.  We even have code specific to Safari for it.

Looking into it.

The home button, HTC logo and Hitechcreations logo do refresh page. All the other buttons hi-light but no drop down occurs.

The iPad I have access does drop down the "Downloads" menu, but none of the others.  They all highlight.

All the menu options in the drop down under "Downloads" does work as well.  Why one would work and the others do not have me wondering.

I hope we are not going to have to code something different for every version of the iPad iOS.  That would be a pain.

Working for me but click spots are very small and it may take it two or three time to work. Can you make them the whole menu item area ie anywhere in the downloads space and not just on the tiny arrow?

The text is clickable.  To make them larger we would have to convert to bitmaps, which cause another set of problems when trying to scale to fit all mobile devices.

They are working much better now? If you made a change it worked or maybe the page hadn't totally refreshed? Anyway whatever you did thank you.
