GV bases should have rearm pads but with limitations
1. Cannot rearm tanks unless you leave the base for a distance or you did not start at that base
2. Aircraft rearm limited to MG only and fuel / fluids exception for Storch as it is an aircraft in which case multiple re arms would be cool
3. Fuel is dependent upon at least 50% of fuel bunkers being undamaged on the base. And if so max fuel on rearm should be 50% or less. If fuel is at 125% for the base then you could get 100% fuel however external tanks should not be refit
Its kind of like in the old days of ww2 where an a.c. could land and get fuel from a truck however they would have to have the fuel to give first . And ammunition of course
This request is based upon the observation of the following
1. GV uses much of the same weapons of not all weapons ammunition as aircraft (minus cannons)
2. Fuels used for tanks were same for aircraft
3. Several documented incidents of pilots being forced to land behind front lines to be refueled were commonplace in France Russia and all ground units supported aircraft in Libya during ww2 .
Re arming of bombs should not be permitted for obvious reasons

The only aircraft that should be allowed to re-arm at a GV base is the Fi 56.

I would be happy if the StukaG2 could get 37mm ammo. I wouldn't even want fuel, just the cannon ammo.

Idk how often i have used a 38 to spot for GVs and bat away the a20s stukas ect then fuel runns low and nearest airbase was 3 sectors out. +1 for fuel and guns.
