In it's element, the WildCat is a good bird. Of course pitted against late war planes , it is lacking . But so are most all early planes. At the beginning of the war, development took a quick turn of improvement.  However the early planes played a vital part in the war effort. Let's show a little respect please.

We already kind of have. Half the Damned roster are Ex-242nd members. (That explains why they're so good  ;)  )
