Title: Sound through TV

For the life of me I cant remember how I fixed this problem before but anyone got suggestions on how to get the sound to pipe through my tv when I have hdmi hooked from laptop to tv. I had it hooked other day and couldn't get to switch. when I went to the control panel under sound and pulled up the sound I couldn't get it to switch to the other sound option (which I forget what its called now) I was thinking it was a simple fix just couldn't remember.

Well if its windows 7 I believe its just making your TV the default device in the playback section.  I know its easy but not at computer to exactly tell you where.

Options->Preferences->Game Sounds.

There is a drop down list for the "Speaker Layout" section.  Pick where you want it to go.
