Title: Sheep Arena Pen Campers

We have discovered an M16 can sit next to the sheep pen and until it runs out of ammo, put everyone in jail until the ammo runs out. Then while in jail if the M16 shoots at the jailed plane just as the planes' countryman shoots to free him, you do not get freed. And often the countryman trying to free you joins you in jail. Untill the M16 runs out of ammo, no sense trying to pick up sheep either.

1. - Raise the alt of jail higher than M16, wirbel and osti rounds??
2. - Allow killing of GV if they are on their own side of the line??
3. - Remove GV from capture the sheep, or just the mobile ack GV??

I can do this endlessly with no penalty...
