Title: Throttle Control In Capture the Flag

using mouse, i can not control throttle using mouse wheel.


power up fine, WEP works, but fine throttle control isnt there

found the problem, it is across online and offline arenas.

If you "enable scaling" on the mouse wheel, it will go full power all the time.  When i disable it, i get decent but still floppy throttle control (using mouse wheel axis)
