List your issues and a copy of the first 3rd of your dxdiag  wouldn't  hurt.

Does the file download?

Does the game install?

Does the game start to load then crash?

The more details the more help.

Yes, the file down loaded. I click on the file and more files appear. Like sticks, rudder, throttle. I click on them and more files appear, like sheets of paper. They do nothing.
