It looks like the embedded youtube video on the front page is on top of the drop-down menus when you hover over them, making their links unreachable.

It is the browser doing it.  It works fine with most people.  I have a handful of complaints about it.  Nothing we can do to fix it.  There is some setting/option in the browser causing it.

I'm using IE11 and it needs the site added to compatibility settings.
