I think that I have seen this before, interesting to see again.
I remember thinking the first time I used their NukeMap that someone in some sort of non-descript office in DC would be trying to shut down the site on the grounds that it was an effective terrorist tool.
For the 70th Anniversary of the atomic bombings C-Span has been running a number of shows on the topic, mostly during the weekend. Here are three of the shows that I saw while I was usually in the kitchen cooking something up.
The first clip really interested me. It includes a speech/presentation by a hibakushi (a survivor of the atomic bombings).

It doesn't adjust for terrain. Not that it would be easy to do that, but terrain would both reflect blast waves back towards the blast area, and potentially shield areas on the far sides of mountains.
Still its interesting to mess with.
