Title: LOSING CHAT PRIVELEGES BECAUSE YOU ARE TOO GOOD

GETTING CALLED A CHEAT,  YET I KEEP IT CIVIL, THEN OBVIOUSLY MY OLD SQUAD DID A MASS CHAT REPORT. NOT GOOD TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS. SO MAYBE TOMORROW, I GET 10 GUYS TOGETHER AND WE MASS REPORT EVERYONE IN  THAT OLD SQUAD?  PLEASE RESTORE MY CHAT AND VOICE, I DID NOTHING WRONG BUT ATTACK AN NOE MISSION PICKED UP BY OUR CV RADAR.

Not a bug, and not the way to deal with the subject. Go sober up and learn how the caps lock key works.

Well, it is bad form and generally frowned upon to use all caps...plus it is addressed in Rule 11.

Abuse of the auto report system can be tracked and those abusing it will receive a worse sentence. If you think this is what happened, send a message to Skuzzy. I beg you to NOT use caps lock or you may not be taken seriously. Also, present the facts calmly and carefully. Don't exaggerate and don't type drunk.

Skuzzy should be aware, however, can this be considered a legit war tactic, cutting off communications?

No, it's not a legitimate war tactic, it's considered to be griefing/harassment and a violation of the TOS.  As mentioned earlier by others, you should have just emailed HTC directly and let them handle it instead of taking it to the forums.
