Pilot who can land the selected aircraft in the least amount of runway with out breaking competition rules or conditions will win a one month AH subscription donated by The 509th Squadron. This will be an open private event hosted by the 509th Ramblin' Raiders. I could possibly use one or two guys as Refs, if this is possible Message me. Depending on the projected numbers we will use training arena Or custom if able (As I dont have acces to SEA) All rules will be posted in the MOTD. It will take place this Saturday at 7 West Coast Time. :salute I will answer any questions I can!

The host. ONLy Peanut1 will know in advance that way 509th members can practice as well. What aircraft it will be, It could be one of 2 the storch or the 26. both with Full fuel and no ord. The practice will start at 6pm west coast. Basic rules are. No damage to aircraft. Gear down. No bounce. And you have 3 trys. Your best try counts.

I would love to!!!! I will pm you the aircraft I would like and such. Also jeeps available for Judges and a low alt base would be best!

It will be one of 2 aircraft. The b-26 with full fuel. Or the storch With full fuel. Nobody will know until the day comes!

how is the distance going to be measured?
and is there a full water tight write up of the rules somewhere? so that Bear76's lawyers can go through them before the event starts, so that we can avoid any dramas? :devil

There will be a full write up. the Event May be canceled for the WASP3 memorial flight.

Here are the rules so far. Providing this is not canceled.
You will be using the AvA palau Map.
Everyone will be on the bishop flying out of A1.
That runway has only one direction to fly out and is at sea level with water on both sides of the runway!
RULES:
1:All landings are to be gear down landings.
Tires must touch the runway first.
2: Best ONE out of three tries counts.
3: You have two minutes From takeoff
to make first landing.
4: Grounds for disqualification:
A: Bounce on landing.
B:Damage to plane.
C:Wheels touching grass at any time.
5: You need to have 100% fuel load each time.
6: The decision of the main judge is final.
Air smoke is turned on and Kill shooter is off.

I am 4'3" thank you very much. besides at 300 lbs, I am in perfect shape to win this competition.
