Title: Downloadable Missions

Has anyone done a downloadable mission in AH3? Even a simple one to learn from would be helpful. :joystick:

If this helps, you can fly the same missions that are online in the Alpha arena, offline.

Here is a simple one that spawns in as one of 2 heavy fighters (p51 or 38) over an enemy field with enemy planes to shoot at after you drop your ords or jettison them.  It has to be a zipped file to accommodate the file restrictions.  Extract to you misres folder in your Alpha game folder.  Ndisles terrain.     Let me know if you have any problems.  Note that when you extract it will be in a folder.  Move it from the folder to you Alpha misres folder.

Here is another one that spawns heavy fighters and TBMS over the enemy fleet.  Choice of several planes.  The AI will not attack.  The fleet moves so take note of the direction if you do more than one sortie or restart the game.  I think you can also reset its position, but I don't know how.

Sweet! Thanks Dale and Mustang!  I will have to get them soon, my ISP has been very ratty today.  Will be nice to calm the alpha urge, while dialing said ISP phone number over and over again (not that I know anyone who would do that  :noid )

Here is a simple Europe terrain mission.  See my previous post in this thread for how to use.  3 B17 and 3 P51D heavy escort v 3 109's.  Allied AI will not attack although bombers will defend.  I just noticed if you don't choose the number one plane in the formation you come up in wingman mode attached to the number one AI.  Any plans for Alpha resource up loader?
