Would like to publicly thank 9GIAP and G3MF for their sweep and cover exiting A40 tonight.

I know it left us vulnerable going in but I figured if you guys could beat them down below our altitude we would be good to go.

I would like to echo Trainee's comments and say thanks to these two groups for a job well done.  Your squads may not have been at the top of the leader boards in kills, but that is just a testament to the fact that you were more focused on your task of protecting us than hunting scalps. Excellent discipline!

9GIAP is also always happy to help, kills are nice, but getting the job done as planned is the real aim.  :salute

In those situations, to me success is a broken airfield and all bombers getting home.
