 Ive dicoed 8 times trying to getoff the ground. relogged onto isp 5 times.

 Im up to 18 times havent made it to the enemy yet. 2 isps lost trak of how many relogs.

Living in Finland, In two months something like 5-6 discos, cant remember any packet losses and ping is usually 180-190ms   (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

 Go get a local isp.    I'd be willing to bet AOL adds at least 10 hops just to get out of their network.  If  I were you I'd try to find one that uses the same internet backbone as HTC does.   That's what I did for WB and it worked great.

I echo what is said about finding a local ISP. There is bound to be something in your area, and practically nothing could be worse than the two options you have now for gaming.

 What backbone does HTC use.
