Title: AvA is now in the Alpha

   HiTech was nice enough to make an AvA arena in the current alpha for the next version.  This will give us a place to iron out any problems with our highly customized terrains before the new version of AH goes "live".  We will be keeping the current AvA running, but we would like to try some things in the alpha AvA to see how it works out, such as our Tuesday night Staff Night and maybe our Thursday night Tank Fights.  We already have a terrain running and should have some staged missions ready soon.  The AvA staff invites you all to stop in to our alpha arena and check it out.  Any problems found, please post it in the alpha forum or PM a Staff member.  The sooner we find any kinks, the better.  Thank you all, and we look forward to servicing all your killing & dying needs in AH3. :salute

Anyone interested in joining us for AvA Staff Night in the alpha on Tuesday(s) at 9pm EST?  We'd like to have the first nice-sized battle in the alpha & could use YOUR help!  Let's put this baby to the test!  It will be a good opportunity for everyone to test their rig in a combat environment in the new AH version! :cheers: :salute

I managed to get in there for a bit this evening.  Very interesting, had great fights with NatCigg, in all of which he dominated.

Alpha is significantly different from regular AH in many ways.  This is a good opportunity to start getting used to it.

flew around(and died a lot) in the New AH3 AVA arena tonight. good times!!!
