Some parts of Indiana did not observe daylight saving time in the past."

It is correct that Arizona does not observe daylight savings time except for the Navajo Nation (Reservation) which is located inside Arizona.

Most of Indiana recognizes DST, I think there is one or two towns that do not. In the past the entire state did not recognize DST.

I vote we just go back to good O'l Russian Orthodox Time.
