The comments section is hilarious over there!
One of them,,"it couldn't have been a P-47/p-38/P-51,, those prop driven planes were way to slow to catch that jet!

I wished the 50s were that effective in Aces High. A few flashes and something is leaking. With AH damage model I don't feel I'm hitting a plane with 100 rounds a second at all ... contrary to 1-3 20mm hits to cripple me on bring me down all together.

I too wish the 50s were a tad more hurtful. Having to make 3 passes on a target you've already hit 45 times can spell disaster and become irritating.
That being sad, this is a freaking awesome video wow!! :aok

Never seen this footage! I've only seen a few very short clips of 262's caught on guncam. Very cool to see, yet I can't help but feeling a sadness for the 262 pilot (I know, I know) who probably didn't make it out before it hit the ground... War is something.
Thank you for posting!
The second part of the footage definitely looks like a 152 to me! It has the straight horizontal stab. thin rear fuse, the unmistakable vertical stab and of course those huge wings...

:airplane: OK, I give! I thought the TA152 was a German aircraft and if so, why is it shooting down a 262 in 1945? Maybe a captured 152 and we used it to "sneak" up on the krauts:?

Earl, the second plane being shot at around 60 second mark.

The second plane does look very much like a Ta-152
