Title: Game Screen Freezes

While flying game freezes and or gets very shakey/ laggie. I have used same graphics settings for last 2 years never any trouble. I have found only way to get rid of issue is to turn all updates off and to use cartoon graphics.  :bhead anyone else having same troubles?

In my tests, two of those updates can cost up to 15% of your computers CPU performance, if they are installed.
