Title: New joystick
Post by: Getback on November 19, 2015, 02:21:23 PM
Just received my new joystick,  Thrustmaster T-1600. So far I like it. I haven't had a steady platform in years. I have a ways to before I get more accustomed to it. I kept my CHICKEN throttle and dumped the pedals.

I had much trouble with CH Products. That was 3 sets over 10 years. Could never keep them calibrate. This one only cost $43. I could buy 8 of them for the price of one set CH Products.

Now if they're durable all is good.

Mess with the TARGET software.  Especially useful the buttons on the right side of the stick.

Folks, this is the stick to get. I'm not totally accustomed to it but I tell you so far it's been very good, especially for 43 bucks.

Much better than CH Products in my humble opinion.

Good for you Getback. Just got my new Saitek X55 Rhino up and running. Now I have to learn the buttons all over again.

That's where I'm at.

I think I know how "Chicken" got there.  It was an auto-fill when I typed "CH".
