I was wandering if VF-10 could be made in a F6F or F4F. They were the grim reapers and operated off of the famous "Big E" USS.Enterprise.

I can skin a VF-10 F6F for you, although it might not be for a while. I'm busy with other stuff at the moment.

I did some searching for VF-10 Hellcat info this morning but didn't come up with much. I am looking for a reasonable quality photo of the side of the fuselage that shows the tactical number placement and size. Does anyone have a photo like this they could share with me?
There are a couple of photos on the internet showing front-aspect views of VF-10 Hellcats as well as plenty of artists' profiles. However I suspect many of the profiles may be based on educated guesses rather than actual photos and I hate working from this sort of second-hand source material.

Will dig about when I get off work.

Number 67 in the photo has yet to get it's tail number like the profile.

Thanks Lyric1, that just what I am looking for. I'll make a start on this skin tomorrow.

Here is the VF-10 Hellcat skin as requested, thanks to Lyric1 for finding the necessary info.
VF-10 "The Grim Reapers" flew three tours from carriers during WW2. The first in 1942 flying Wildcats from the USS Enterprise during the Guadalcanal campaign. The second was flying Hellcats from the same carrier during the US Navy's island-hopping advance from the Marshall Islands to the Philippines in 1944. Finally in the last months of the war they flew Corsairs from the USS Intrepid.

That's so pretty I might need to get back in this game.

What a beauty, Greebo. If that skin could cook, I'd marry her.
