Title: Poltava
Post by: Someguy63 on December 11, 2015, 12:51:15 AM
First saw this about 8 months ago, pretty cool. Not much film is made of wars in the Enlightenment Era, so I love seeing what I can get.

It's a clip from a Russian film, you might be able to tell. The Carolean tactics (Swedish troops) are displayed in the wrong manner but I don't care.

Oh and also I've heard the ability of the Russian line was a bit exaggerated in the film.

They are clips from The Sovereign's Servant (2007).
