Title: Credit Card

Had one of the Alpha players get the prompt to input a credit card to continue to play in the Alpha, last night.  He hit "No" and it let him play, but we do not want that dialog to appear at all.

We would like you to create accounts and test each arena to see if any of you get that dialog.  Please take note of the exact sequence as we need to be able to test it here.

I made a new account and entered all the alpha arenas without being asked for a credit card. I was only asked the survey question when entering the first one.

Somehow, this guy got the dialog and we are still trying to figure out how it happened.

I did the same a week ago, nothing about the credit card.

The AVA alpha arena shows me being in my squad, the other arenas don't. That's the only difference I see between them.
Different database?

Yes they can be pointed at different DBs

I was able to create a new account and entered all arenas without receiving the credit card prompt.

Created an account, went into all arenas, got no CC popup request.
