Title: Ports full of errors.

I've noticed a lot of errors in the ports, having tried to capture one three times. Here is a list of the errors me and others are running into.

-Ports will NOT capture with all AA down (I have noticed town buildings, but I'm not sure if that's just a model name)
-Shore batteries not entering shore fire mode.
-constant crash to desktop around the port, reported by myself and others.

These three are the main ones I've seen, we should check for others after crash to desktop is fixed around them.

I found the crashing isn't isolated to ports.
