Title: Full Install of Beta Patch 1

I downloaded  and installed the beta patch 1 without experiencing any problems.  I have flown in the mission arena with all bells and whistles with no drop off in frame rate(Max frame rate 60).   I did note one problem involving the aircraft engine sound.  When throttling back on the throttle, the engine sound kept up its steady drone instead of decreasing.   The speed dial did reflect the decrease in speed.

Yes, the default engine sounds have been changed so that throttle doesn't effect the internal engine much (just volume for right now).   The pitch control or RPM does however change the engine sound that you and I were accustomed to.

I hope I got that information correct.  Dale was very helpful in explaining why, and also bringing us up to date on the fmod project utility that will be how such sounds will be done for custom sounds in the future.   :aok
