Title: Rap artist admits to Pimpin, Drug use, Gun possession on youtube, still free?

Heres an American RAP Artist thats admits to being a pimp for years, admits to drug use and gun possession amongst other things on youtube.
How can he not be charged? its basically a confession online? It should be as easy as just putting him infront of the jury/judge and play the youtube video for them?
Confused...

Some times justice moves like its stuck in molasses, but these guys also lie to try to get street cred. You can hear that from the ladies online, too.
