Title: Light or Dark Highlights for Panel Lines on Olive Drab???
Post by: Vraciu on February 10, 2016, 06:35:15 PM
When it comes to panel lines on OD paint...what's best, light or dark?

Any good examples for me to glance at other than the default "B" Pony?

The panel lines should be dark. you should also highlight the edges on the side of the panels which face the sun. I always place my fixed light source at 12oclock at 45 degrees off level. Check out my 47PS/15PG P-40C  as the panel line and rivets are over emphasized and easy to analyze. Then look at my 49FG P-40E for an idea of a better balance.
