While in the game itself, is there any way to know which version you are currently playing? Beta version and patch version?
-
I believe it only gives you the version information at the "splash screen". That is the first screen that loads up after you click the shortcut icon. In the upper left hand corner, it has the version no. and also your resolution and framerate.
The top bar shows Aces High III. To the left, you should be able to read the current version and patch number.

That's what I thought too. Thanks for confirmation. For testing purposes would be great if you can do a dot command.... .ver
And get current version and patch info for bug reporting....

You can't fly online unless you have the latest version so that's an easy way to test it.

Good point. But, if that were the case, why does HITech ask that we post films, comments, reports under correction version?
;-)
Sorry, not trying to be an ass, I'm just asking a valid question.

So he only has to check that one topic to find your latest input.

Some people were starting new bug threads instead of posting in the current patch bug thread.
-
All the posts being consolidated into one thread makes it easier to track bugs for each version. There are times when we go back to look at older bugs which would nearly impossible if they were not consolidated into one thread.
