How long does a typical frame last?

2 hours. Launch is about 11PM EST and all planes must be landed by T+120 minutes.

And if your night ends early, like most of mine, you cannot grab another plane and fly back to the action, but can join another player's plane as a gunner/observer if you want.

Thanks fellas.  Been reading the rules and noticed you need to be landed by end of frame so time needs to be taken into account on your sorties.
