Was that some kind of North Korean propaganda movie?

Either way, I've seen aircraft 'main gunned' in the MA but the movie takes it to an all new extreme.

I think we already have destroyable bridge sections, so all we need to reenact this scene in Aces High is the MkI Buffalo Cart. :aok

That was definitely Airjer in the P-51, Rondar in the T-34, and Tyfoo in the cart.

I hope this clip put away the arguments that a tank can't beat up a fighter with its main gun.  That T-34 had a mean right hook.

May the farce be with you.

Once I got over how ridiculous it was, I realized it was pretty funny.   I specially like the guy trying to pull the tank back up over the cliff .

How cool is that? Not having Kim Jung Poo at the tank controls and the Mustang escaping gives it away.  :D

This documentary footage makes me think they may need to revisit some of the rotation speeds on the turrets.  :old:

That is obviously wrong in the film. Spoiled the whole thing for me really, found it quite realistic apart from that....

Can they still call it extending to reset when wheels-down on a dirt road?

The first thing that came to my mind was the South Korean epic "My Way". If you haven't seen it, watch it. It is a big budget movie. I'd say it's their version of Saving Private Ryan. Last I saw it was available on Netfix. Its a true story about a young Korean captured by the Japanese and forced to fight the Soviets. Then captured by the Soviets and forced to fight the Germans. Then captured by the Germans to fight the US. Finally captured by the US at Normandy.  One of my all time favorites.

Ever since "the good, the bad, the weird", the Koreans have really stepped up the entertainment in their action films.

You should watch Attack the Gas Station for an example of a strange Korean action film.
