Title: List of All Staged Missions for Beta

I put together an obviously incomplete mission list guessing at the missions HTC authored and lacking a good description of the missions other than my own.  Help me fill in the blanks and I think it would be useful to introduce people to the staged missions and how they can be used and which ones can be used offline.  There was such a list in a AHII wicki, but I think it was not maintained.  I have this in an Excel spreadsheet since I find this easiest to format, but pdf attached.  I sorted by terrain, but can change that of course.  I think some of these are HTC testing only.  ALL suggestions welcome.

Updated list attached.  I will update the list if any of you who authored these mission would let me know which is yours and give me a description and whether or not they can be downloaded and played offline.
