Thanks Nef.  Part of the FSO magic is making a good plan, doesn't have to be perfect but thoughtful to squads desires and capable of success.  Get it done early and distro'ed out using the 1/3, 2/3 rule of leadership.  Sending out the coordination emails and fine tuning the plan and resolving issues with the guys.  CIC booty duty can be fun if you try to make it that way.

Have always believed in doing a little more than - Divide up the guys and tell them to "go for it".

After that's its all about the FUN!!   :D

On the 325th VFG end we use a planning cell for CIC Frames.  That's is a whole other level of fun we have internal for 24 hours.  We plan the AXIS side first and then plan the ALLIED side to beat that plan.  :lol
