I can't pan around in either the pilot's seat or the tank commander's seat. If I'm manning a gun or in a gunner's seat, I can pan around just fine.  But not in the pilot's seat or tank commander's position.

No bug.  Shift H is mouse pan toggle.  How come I never had that issue in AH2?  I don't think I've hit shift H ever.
