Title: Any artists here?
Post by: Serenity on April 25, 2016, 02:53:20 PM: I'm looking to commision an oil painting. By far, the silliest and most bizarre of oil paintings, but I have no idea where to go with it. Is anyone here an artist interested in making a couple hundred bucks?

My wife uses his technique in her paintings. Real neat stuff.

I'm in a town of like... 12 people lol. And the nearest other population is Cartel HQ, Mexico lol.

I was looking for oil, just to add to the absurdity of it all. I'm looking for a painting, in the style of old military paintings. Picture your typical "General with his sword out, mounted on a horse" with some dramatic battle in the background. Only, instead of a revolutionary war general, it's a pilot, complete with G-suit, survival vest, mask and helmet on, and instead of just a horse, it's pegasus. But he's still dramatically pointing a sword.

If she wants to take a crack at it, and another media works better, I'm open to ideas, and flexible on price.
