There are five brave bomber in the upcoming "Battle of the Dnieper" scenario so far:
Dhawk
Flossy
SKFGAlpo
SKOzone
Beefcake
Where are the rest of you?
Don't you know that bomber pilots are the STARS of scenarios?
Don't you know that the GLORY is there for your taking?
Come on, bomber pilots!
Time to get in there for the fun!

It is not possible that a bomber pilot won't want scenario action like this:

I don't fly bombers in the main area, I have no idea what keyboard button corresponds to what gunner position and can't hit the broadside of a barn.
That being said, some of my best memories are flying bombers in a scenario. From deep runs into England in a He-111 to sneak attacks behind enemy lines in a soviet B-25C, bomber pilots are always the lynchpin to a successful strategy.
I really urge anyone interested in a different AH experience than the MA to give it a shot. To me the best part of scenario flying is to get out of my comfort zone and fly an aircraft that I wouldn't even look at in the MA and meet some new people to boot.
I'll get off my soapbox now :)

Looks like there are wolves among those sheep :devil

I was shot down behind enemy lines last month. If I complete my escape tunnel in time count me in!

That is *exactly* what I was thinking! :aok

Hard lesson to learn,
You see a set of B-17s all alone during a scenario and you know that 999999999999999999999 is on the roster....
LEAVE THEM ALONE
You are better off attacking the entire 8th air force in formation... :joystick:
-
Man.. I would if I could, but I have conflicts on 3 of the 4 frames already.
:salute
-
Brooke,
Good to see ur still around. :)
Would love to help out.... BUT, it would prolly take about 4 days to update AH (been a few years since I last ran it :)) and all my gear is in Texas.....and I am not. :cry
G'luck & g'fun to you.
-
Hiya NB -- long time. :)
Go get that gear and get back in the cartoon sky! I'm back after 10 years and it's still a blast.
popeye (now kong)

Brooke, my friend. I would happily fly bombers if that is what you needed to make this scenario work, even American Bombers. But alas, I work on Saturday's until 8 PM EST.
The last Saturday scenario I missed because of this, the one before I made every frame because I told huge lies to get Saturday's off that month.
Gentlemen.............where are the buff pilots at?
Sign up already if possible.
-
Thanks, Zoney. :aok The schedule of the next scenario might work out -- might be one of those 12-hour formats.

NB! Howdy!
If you register for the scenario, I will send you a joystick -- just register and then message me your mailing address.
Updating AH is no problem.
You'll be giving me that address, right? :aok

Now there's a very generous offer you can't refuse! :)

Brooke,
Was considering your offer (joystick...KEWL :rock). Then I checked the frame times....... :cry...... no can do. We have RC races on Saturdays and they run from 4 til 7. SB and I are going to Houston at the end of the month and I will see about snagging my gear while I am down there. Perhaps I can help out next time. :)
Oh...and Hiya Flo :)
